LIDO2 Cervical System
The LIDO2 Cervical System is a comprehensive cervical immobilization system offering excellent anterior/posterior, mediolateral and rotational control, simple application/removal and maximum patient comfort.
The design features a cutout for breast clearance without compromising stability. Coolfoam cushioning on the new malleable aluminum chin piece protects delicate skin against pressure sores and breakdown. Click 'n' Close fasteners allow easy application and removal without the need to continually adjust correct fitting.
The standard cranial component with head strap limits medial/lateral and rotational movement, when the chin piece is removed for shaving or eating. Cranial component is padded, malleable and height adjustable. The padded shoulder straps diffuse pressure for greater comfort and lock the anterior and posterior components together.
Unique contour of dual aluminum uprights allows easy access to wound site following both tracheotomy and anterior cervical fusion procedures. Removable, washable Coolfoam liner actively wicks away moisture, eliminating perspiration build-up and maximizing patient comfort.
